I've done a lot of Barre classes before but Emily’s class was FREAKING amazing and unique, she catered it to our needs and although all the other girls wanted to have a chill yoga/barre class, I on the other hand can never get enough cardio and toning (Brides choice wins ha!)…. We did a beautiful hike in the morning, lunch at the Springs and capped the day with a high energy, amazing and tough class at Wildheart. I just recently had my bachelorette party in Canmore and my friends surprised me with a Barre class at Wildheart.
